Ive had work done at two shops in Orlando.

Mike Norris Motorsports and Next Level Performance. I iniatally went to Norris Motorsports then they merged with Geoff Skorupa and started Next Level Performance. Both shops did work on my b2k and it was first class. Mike split off a few years later and went back to Norris Motorsports.

Your customer should give one of them a call, Id be very surprised if Mike and/or Geoff didn't remember working on my car. Mike was very fair to me while working on my during his learning curve.

Having him post the problem or email it to someone here might also help point the repair shop in the right direction. I know I learned a ton about troubleshooting and fixing b2k's during my ownership tenure.
